Relocation of capital to Mayen Abun

In this interview with Isaac Manyang Ring we talk about how the relocation of Twic's capital from Turalie to Mayen Abun was done. He stated that the relocation of the capital to Mayen Abun was a decision made only by President Salva Kiir when he issued the decrees of Twenty Eight States and their designated capitals.

The Director of Human Resource Development and Finance confirmed that community in Turalie raised their concerns about the relocation the capital which was later addressed through convening two- three days conference with Community of State.
