The Chairman of the South Sudanese Community Association in Victoria calls all parents to take charge of their children. Ring also call for unity within the community to find a working solution to help these young people. Ring went to the scene where these youth were allegedly accused of shoplifting at Derrimut Shopping Centre. Ring was interviewed this morning on SBS Dinka Radio.
