Manyang Malet Manyang was born in Ethiopia, grew in Kenya and went to school in Victoria, Australia. A year ago, Manyang made the decision to go to South Sudan after spending many years in Australia. While in Victoria, Manyang was always helping and volunteering in community. Manyang worked as Crime Stopper and volunteered with the Salvation Army. His work with Salvation Army included helping homeless people in the Melbourne CBD. The decision to go back to South Sudan was a long held for Manyang, because he has never been there. While in South Sudan, Manyang decided to attend police training which has now taken almost a year due to additional officer training.
