South Sudanese Leaders Promised Peace during the Celebration

On Wednesday, South Sudanese President Salva Kiir Maryardit was joined by the members of the opposition’s parties to mark what they termed as the end of the war in South Sudan. Both Kiir, and Riek Machar promised the citizens of South Sudan that this peace will hold. The pledged to work together in order to return their country to peace.
