Melbourne's Lord Mayor Sally Capp has conceded the city should have responded better after a photo mix-up between two models made national headlines. The blunder, committed by an Australian magazine and the city's external PR firm, was published last week but no public apologies were issued until South-Sudanese supermodel Adut Akech called out the mistake on social media three days ago.
