Murle children that were kidnapped from Murle villages and currently alleged to be in Twic East area. Governor Maker said the list for the 12 children was first given to former Governor Philip Aguer by the Boma State Governor David Yauyau. "David Yauyau raised this issue during our meeting. Yauyua told me that 'I gave Aguer the list 12 children and we are yet to get an answer. I have brought back over 50 children, and the Murle are questioning my mode of peacemaking'. Former Governor Aguer first handled this case, and Minister Dut Achuek gave me the list has the list of children and their alleged captors, it was my duty to follow the case because we need to make peace with our neighbours."
