The UN experts panel has confirmed to the families of Dong Samuel Luak and Aggrey Idris that the two have been killed in Luri near South Sudan capital. finding that Dong and Aggrey were most likely murdered days after their abduction. Both Aggrey and Dong were kidnapped in Nairobi between the 23 and 24 of January 2017.
