(Audio in Dinka)The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued sanctions against two South Sudanese businessmen for their role in ‘corrupt dealings with Government Officials and Sanctions Evasion'.


he two men are Ashraf Seed Ahmed Al-Cardinal and Kur Ajing Ater for their involvement in ‘bribery, kickbacks and procurement fraud with senior government officials’. Below is the report
