Yol Goch Achiek is the President of Duk County in the USA. Until recently, Yol was one of the three leaders that formed the third layer of Greater Bor Community-USA. A few months ago, the community full out of GBC in protest citing the poor distribution of parliamentary seats in the State of Jonglei. In South Sudan, community leadership fulls out of Greater Bor Community and the USA based leadership sympathized with them. Duks absence was used later by the Tuic Community leadership to boycott the September 3 conference by GBC in Michigan 2016.
