Dutch Backpackers miss out on ATO verdict.

Backpackers may receive hundreds of millions of dollars now that the 'backpacker tax' is overturned by the Australian Federal Court, but Dutch backpackers will NOT get any money back because of a missing clause in the tax treaty between Australia and The Netherlands. Tax accountant Marlena Lancette-Smit thinks there is hope though.
