Dutch fans meet up with Dr. Geoff, Dr. Tom and nurse Kate from the Flying Doctors

A group of Dutch Flying Doctors fans recently travelled to Australia to visit Minyip (Coopers Crossing), and had meet & greets with the actors who played Dr Geoff, Dr Tom and nurse Kate in the series. SBS Dutch interviewed Astrid Esders, who organised the trip. Back in the days, Astrid was from 1989 till 1995 the driving force behind the Flying Doctors Fan Club in the Netherlands. Nearly 40 years later, the series is still popular.
