Fryske dumkes
Ingredients
150g butter
150g brown sugar
2 eggs
250gr plain flour
Salt pinch
100 Hazelnut meal
2g aniseed
2g ginger ground
2g cinnamon
Beat the sugar and butter until nice and creamy
Slowly add the eggs
Add all other ingredients and knead for about 5 minutes
Roll it out to about 1 cm thickness and the cut little bars of 4x2 cm
Butter your tray and bake the dumkes on 150C for 25 minutes
Take out of the oven and press the cookies with your thumb to create a little dent.
