Holden employees need to reinvent themselves

The Holden-factory in Adelaide will close its doors in 12 months time. The employees of the car manufacturer need to reinvent themselves. If they don't they'll never work again, warns professor Andrew Beer, who researched the fate of Mitsubishi workers a few years ago.
