After a successful webinar with members of Parliament about dual citizenship at the end of last year, and the Minister of Justice's announcement that there would be a legislative amendment on this subject, Stichting Nederlanders Buiten Nederland (SNBN) had high expectations. But the proposed changes are a disappointment, according to Eelco Keij from SNBN.
At the moment, the bill is in the so-called “consultation phase”. This means that everyone can say what they think about it, until May 15. Here you can give your response.
