This week, an LGBTQI+ conference for criminal justice professionals was held in Melbourne. Roy Verhoeven is one of the Dutch police officers who attended the conference, with colleagues from a total of 21 countries. We talk with Roy about the Dutch police network 'Pink in Blue' and why organising such a conference, the first edition was held in the Netherlands in 2016, is important.
