This World Cup is the most multicultural in history

Never before a World Cup Football had so many multicultural players. 13 % were born in a different country than they are playing for. The Moroccans are a true 'hyper cultural team' says Dutch researcher Gijs van Campenhout. 17 out of 23 players were not born in Morocco at all.
