De Waddenzee and the GBR are both on the UNESCO World Heritage list and former politician, writer, actor and humanist Boris van der Ham, the chairman of the Dutch arm of the World Heritage Centre, is currently in Australia for talks with GBR organisations about the commonalities and the differences.
