In 2000 won dressuuramazone Anky van Grunsven haar eerste Olympisch goud. Dat deed ze samen met paard Bonfire, die na de Spelen in Sydney met pensioen ging. "Ik was echt nooit nerveus, maar de eerste 10 seconden van die proef had ik knikkende knieën".
