A ceasefire in Syria, but tensions escalate between Greece and Turkey

Turkey and Russia have agreed to a ceasefire in Syria's Idlib region, the last rebel stronghold in the area. It's hoped it'll stem the tide of migrants fleeing their homeland, which has led to rising tensions between Turkey and Greece.


On the Turkey-Greece border, thousands of migrants wait in makeshift camps for shelter, food and medical support as they look for a chance to cross into Greece.  Turkey has deployed 1,000 police officers to keep Greece from pushing migrants back. Greek guards have fired tear gas to stop them entering.Aid groups are struggling to cope.Turkish Red Crescent vice-president Kerem Kinik says they can only provide temporary services for the masses.
