Does social isolation generate sadness and grief?

The circumstances we go through sometimes make a person feel sad as a result of losing a person he loves, losing his work, or losing things he likes.

In an interview with counsellor Dayana Yakho,  she spoke about the symptoms of sadness that may appear on people, which branch out into emotional, psychological, physical, social and cultural reactions. She gave examples such as introversion, crying, withdrawal from social mixing and the use of the culture habits to which we belong.
She mentioned that sadness goes through various stages such as shock, denial, or feeling pain and guilt, as well as anger and bargaining as a result of frustration.
These manifestations differ from one to another, depending on our personality, and one of these stages may be depression, perhaps temporarily. Then there is accepting the truth and treating it positively.
To avoid multiplying the effects.

Counsellor Dayana says that we have to take care of ourselves and deal positively with others and do things we love, even simple things as walking or reading a book we like or talking to people we love and remember the beautiful things that bind us to what we lost.
