Mr. Louie Josef, one of the candidates for the Hume City Council, confirms that one of his aims will be serving the city's communities without exception and being their voice in the council.

Mr. Josef said that our community needs someone to listen to their needs and deliver them to the council so that they have a place in the council’s plans and decisions.

Among the projects that he will work on is providing bus stop shelters and seats for the elderly due to the long waiting and sometimes harsh Victorian climate conditions.

He also mentioned the youth in the city need indoor sports playgrounds, so they are not deprived of practicing their various activities.

Mr. Josef said he had presented a project to the council years ago and will work to revitalize and implement is to establish a special memorial park for the city's communities that they can be proud of and in order to live together in harmony.
