Although the obligatory to stay at home was of great importance during the pandemic period, it affected the family members psychologically. With the gradual opening up and easing of restrictions, maintaining hygiene culture is important.

Youssef Lallou, Ph.D., in formative psychology, said about the effects on family during staying at home, were disturbing forced family members to stay long periods together. It creates collisions, disputes and problems, especially when the relationships were weak before the pandemic.

He added another factor affected increasing tension, anxiety and fear was addiction to the media and social media that pumps a lot of frightening information about the virus.
He said that social media played a negative role in trying to control the human mind, and it became difficult to get rid of its negative effects. It pumps contradictory news and creates chaos and confusion in the news, which increases the state of fear and tension. "I advise people not to contribute to reporting inaccurate and unknown source." He added.
Dr. Luo said I invite people to turn to media with a trusted source to follow the news and information about the pandemic.
Doctor Lallo added that anxiety helps to reduce the immunity that hurts a person in this unusual circumstance.
He stressed that with the gradual easing of restrictions, I advise people not to give up the culture of hygiene culture until it is announced that Australia is completely free of the coronavirus and that is very close.
We are fortunate that the Australians were cooperating with the government and abiding by health regulations, which helped control the pandemic. He called on people to continue such commitment until the end of the crisis.
