Lab test shows that half the Australian honey from supermarkets shelves had been "adulterated" or mixed with other substances. SBS Assyrian talked to Bee Keeper Joe Joseph who has years of experience in making Bee honey. He says that new regulations and tests must be implemented so that the industry will be regulated and consumers are aware what is the source of honey they are buying off the shelves of supermarkets.
