Chinese movie star Yunxiang Gao laughed during alleged rape, jury hears

Chinese film star Yunxiang Gao and producer Jing Wang were repeatedly told "no" by a woman who alleges they raped her in a hotel room, a NSW jury has heard.

A Sydney woman repeatedly said "no" as she was raped in a luxury hotel room by a popular Chinese actor and a producer from his show, a jury has been told.

Film and TV star Yunxiang Gao, who has become known as "China's Hugh Jackman", and Chinese producer Jing Wang have pleaded not guilty to multiple charges of rape and indecent assault at Sydney's Shangri-La Hotel in March 2018.
