In the Philippines, children go door-to-door to sing carols to spread the spirit of Christmas through hymns.  Children get creative with their carolling gears by creating customised musical instruments like bottle cap tambourines, tin can drums, or PVC pipe flutes. In return, households are expected to give them a small amount of money as gratitude.
