SBS Radio announces the launch of SBS National Languages Competition 2018 which aims to inspire and engage new language learners.
Now in its third year, the competition seeks to engage Australians of all ages who are keen to learn a new language, including English, Filipino, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander languages.
SBS Director of Audio Language and Content, Mandi Wicks recognises the importance of language retention and learning for all Australians including adult learners.
"We are encouraging everyone to get involved and look forward to receiving thousands of inspirational stories from across the country,” she says.
How to enter:

Step 2: Click 'Upload Photo'
Step 3: Upload your photo or drawing showing us
'What amazing possibilities learning a language opens for you.'
Step 4: Include a caption written in the language you are learning as well as an English translation (not required for English learners)
Step 5: Submit your entry.
