The Filipino community will be celebrating Christmas early on 10-11 November at Tumbalong Park, Darling Harbour in Sydney.
Everyone will feel the Christmas spirit and will be entertained by local singers and performers such as VIP Sydney, Bathurst Filipino Australian Community Youth Group, One Voice School of Music, Sydney Sonata singers, and Marilag dancers to name a few.
The festival will showcase a mix of food and non-food stalls, cultural performances, arts and crafts, Christmas lantern or parol making contest, Christmas carol competition and Christmas fashion parade, says Philippine Community Council of New South Wales (PCCNSW) Inc. president Serna Ladia.
SBS Radio will also be joining in the festivities with a photobooth setup. Prizes and freebies await attendees who will participate in the Christmas Carol challenge at the booth.
The festivities will kick off on Saturday from 10am-9pm.
