19 Outstanding Filipinos honoured for their cultural and community impact at the Pamana Ball 2025

A celebration of Filipino excellence and community spirit unfolded at the Pamana Ball 2025, where 19 remarkable individuals were recognised for their significant contributions to the promotion of arts, culture, and philanthropy. Held at the Liverpool Catholic Club on February 2, 2025, the event was organised by the National Affiliation of Respectable and Responsible Associations (NARRA) Co-op in partnership with Plaza Filipino.

• Insurance expert and community volunteer Joel Queyquep was awarded the top recognition as Ambassador for Culture and Arts 2025.
• For the first time, a Hall of Fame Special Recognition was awarded to Dr. Jaime Lopez, a CPA and education advocate with an unparalleled contribution to the Filipino-Australian community.
• The program aims to support the establishment of the Australian-Filipino Cultural Centre in Sydney.
