For many years, the group was called ‘Club ni Nanay'. Seventeen years later, it has now over 60 members. The current president of the organisation, Judith Zamayla narrates how it originally started with twelve members.

The Philippine Association of Geelong (PAG) Inc. focuses on celebrating the Philippine culture through dancing and wearing costumes of tribal groups including the T’boli, Ifugao, and Manobo.

The association is now connected with the wider Filipino communities in Victoria.  It was founded in October 2002 headed by Ms Josie Trewhitt.
