Do you live in Australia? Do you have an SSS account, or are you waiting for your SSS pension to start? Would you like to continue your SSS contributions? SSS Executive Vice-President Elvira Alcantara-Resare and Atty Gary Jimenez will tell us how to access our benefits while living in Australia.


Key Points
  • You can access your SSS account via the on-line portal My.SSS or create an account.
  • You do not need dual citizenship to access or continue your SS contributions.
  • SSS pension can be accessed from 60 years of age or you can continue your contributions up to the retirement age of 65 years old.
  • If you are over 80 years old, you need an annual confirmation in person or via online to confirm your identity.
