I found the Tinikling classes on Facebook; it was really accessible for $2.00 a class. I live in the West, so I would travel and take two trains and a bus, sometimes two bus rides (if there are replacement buses). It was really worth it as the community is really good and we were learning from experts like Mummy LudyArrifa Nasarudin on her determination and commitment to learning Tiniklin.
