Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has returned from the APEC Summit to questions about his meeting with Xi Jinping and if the naval ship incident was discussed. While, the relationship between the United States and the Philippines has been further strengthened with the pair signing the 123 Agreement, also known as the 'peaceful nuclear cooperation agreement' - a move which risks further antagonising China.
