Authentic Filipino taste in a food festival in Sydney

On the fifth occasion, the annual Filipino Food Fest of a large hotel in Sydney has been given a new look - but is expected to have the similar Pinoy taste -- while the three chefs who will run the two-week event are all young chefs, and the entire festival will be run by an Indian Executive Chef who's not too familiar with Filipino food and solely relies on expertise of the three.
