Champagne ... Fetta ... Now it's Sushi

Japan is launching a new voluntary-certification program to try to lift the quality of sushi made outside the country.

 

People would travel to Japan to be trained in sushi-making.

 

But those who have mastered the art say it takes a lifetime of practice.
