Completed ballots continue to arrive in the Philippine Embassy in Canberra as the Philippines prepare for the coming national elections.

  • Philippine national elections is to take place on May 9
  • Precincts will officially close at 9 pm Australia time on Monday, 9 May after which official canvassing of ballots will take place
  • Accredited poll watchers can witness canvassing of ballots at the Philippine Embassy in Canberra, Consulate in Melbourne and Sydney

There are 21,316 registered Overseas Absentee Voters in Australia.
