The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) accuses the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) and its past leaders of being aware of doping in Russia and of covering it up.
The investigation claims the IAAF's former president, Lamine Diack , organised conspiracy and corruption and sanctioned fraud and extortion.
