Greenpeace Food and Ecological Agriculture Campaigner Virginia Benora-LLorin says food security and agriculture are "in the backseat" of government priorities.
She says the study, commissioned by the environmental group Greenpeace Philippines, shows Filipinos believe the next Philippine president needs to direct their focus in these industries.
