When nurse Jonathan Manglinong moved to Goulburn on the NSW-ACT border, he saw the need for Filipino goods in the area. Motivated by this gap, he brought his vision to life, launching a shop and a carinderia-style restaurant, bringing an authentic Filipino taste to the region.
