Australian families will now have access to cheaper child care from next year as the federal government officially raises it subsidy.

  • The new childcare law passed through the House of Representatives after the Senate agree to amendments
  • From July 2023, the subsidy will lift from 85 per cent to 90 per cent for families with a combined income of less than $80,000.
