India seeks help in fighting tobacco lobby

He has made the plea in India, where delegates from 180 countries have spent a week attending a conference on a global anti-tobacco treaty.

SBS travelled to the town of Hunsur, in the southern Indian state of Karnataka, to see how tobacco farmers feel about moves to curb their industry.
