Members of the Young Adults Choir from the Filipino Chaplaincy Diocese of Parramatta are coming together for more than just music—they're singing for a cause.

Key Points
  • The Sydney-based Filipino-Australian choir is raising their voice in their 'Journey of Hope' Jubilee concert.
  • In collaboration with the Ateneo Alumni Association of Australia, the choir is using their talents to support underprivileged Filipino scholars back home in the Philippines.
  • The Journey of Hope Jubilee concert will also feature other local Sydney artists and songs from the Bukas Palad Ministry.

Driven by a shared love for music and a strong sense of community, these Filipino-Australian youth are turning their passion into purpose—proving that every note can carry hope across oceans.

"This is the first time that we are doing a full concert. So it's an exciting project and at the same time brings the different communities together, and the cause," choir member Ian Epondulan shares.

The concert this Saturday at the Club Burwood in Inner West Sydney will feature songs from the Bukas Palad Ministry and some contemporary songs that aim to inspire people to live their lives and have hope.
