Office of Civil Defense says preparations are in place for Typhoon Crising

The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) states that equipment, food, and non-food supplies are on standby as the country prepares for Typhoon Crising. PAG-ASA says typhoon Crising is expected to make landfall Friday, July 18, evening or Saturday in Mainland Cagayan.
