Chris and Minette Sales grew their side hustle selling siomai all across Victoria with global expansion in mind, eyeing Singapore and the Philippines, for starters.

There are around one million side hustlers according to the Australia Taxation Office (ATO).
The Sales couple built their side hustle Mrs. Market in 2021 with 'siomai' as the core product which helped them deal with the challenges of taking care of their twin kids who are on the spectrum.
The capital to set -up the business reached $10,000 including the permits and deposits for the commercial kitchen they had to lease.
