Passing more rugby balls to Pinoys

Manila-based Philippine National Rugby League (PNRL) vice-president Paul Sheedy returns to Sydney on a weekend to attend a coach and referees training conference hoping that he can pass lessons learnt to help in the development of Philippine rugby.
