Filipina-Serbian-Macedonian Loribelle Spirovski was awarded the Archibald ANZ People's Choice Award 2025 for her portrait of First Nations musician-artist William Barton.

Loribelle moved to NSW in 1998 with her Filipina Mother. A few years later, they moved to Western Sydney, where she was exposed to different cultural backgrounds. 'I was around a lot of Vietnamese, Samoans, Serbians, but I was still the only Filipino there.
