Security Council adopts resolution on hospital attacks as MSF slams world powers

The United Nations Security Council has passed a unanimous resolution condemning the bombing of hospitals in war zones, and calling for the protection of medical and humanitarian aid workers. But the U-N's most powerful body has itself come under criticism.

 

As this report shows, the international charity Médecins Sans Frontières says most of the Security Councils five permanent members have been linked to deadly attacks on medical facilities.
