Start the summer season with a safety check

Once a year we check our smoke alarms and make sure that they are all in good working order to protect us from accidents, fire inside the home. At the start of the summer season, we should also ensure that our children are safe around the water.

Each year, we should make December 1  ‘check your pool gate routine’  to make sure that our pool gates and fence are secure. A routine safety check can save the life of your child.

December 1 is National Check Your Pool Gate Day.
