Syd-Mel high speed rail possible - in a few decades

A new high speed rail project connecting Sydney and Melbourne has been launched promising to revolutionise the way Australians travel. Image: Australia and Antarctica remain the only continents without high speed rail (AAP)


The network plans to get commuters from Melbourne to Sydney in just 110 minutes, taking an inland route through new regional centres.
