It follows comments by Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull in question time Monday where he ruled out increasing the tax.
But the government is now considering halving capital gains tax concessions for superannuation funds.
In this report, Labor is critical of Mr Turnbull for what it labels 'misleading statements' about the tax reforms.
