• The Traslacion this 2026 lasted an unprecedented 30 hours and 50 minutes, making it the longest Traslación on record and setting a new milestone in the history of the Feast of the Black Nazarene.
• The event, attended by more than 9.6 million people was considered the most dramatic and most significant procession to date. Tragically, four deaths were reported, while thousands of others required medical attention due to extreme fatigue and intense heat.
• Filipinos overseas also continue to celebrate the Feast of the Black Nazarene, including the Feast of the Black Nazarene 2026 in Melbourne held on January 9, and the 31st anniversary of the Feast of Señor Jesus Nazareno in Hoxton Park in western Sydney, led by The Señor Jesus Nazareno Sydney Australia Group.
